Sandra Lankford
- pilates and yoga instructorSandra has always been extremely active and has enjoyed sports her entire life. She was on the girls varsity volleyball team in college and went on to become a coach. She discovered Yoga and Pilates approximately 20 years ago and fell in love with the changes she saw happening in her life. As her body became stronger and more toned, she quickly realized that others needed to learn and practice this form of exercise. Within two years, Sandra was teaching Yoga and Pilates and had studied with many of the masters of the world in Pilates and Yoga obtaining numerous teaching certificates. Sandra teaches YogaFlow and Sculptilates at Pure Barre.
