Ally grew up in Michigan where she ran cross-country and indoor/outdoor track at Aquinas College. After a short vist to Vail in 2007, Ally fell in love with Colorado and moved out 2 weeks later! Being in the Vail Valley allows Ally to enjoy all the things she loves doing outdoors like running, hiking, snowboarding, bouldering, and fishing. She was introduced to Pure Barre by another teacher and immediately became hooked. The mental and physical benefits of Pure Barre have changed Ally's life and she could not be more excited to be teaching the technique!
