Briget grew up in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado. She trained at Starstruck Dance Academy for 18 years, specializing in jazz, ballet, lyrical and hip hop. She moved to Los Angeles after graduating high school and trained at Edge Performing Arts, in Hollywood, California. Briget then decided that she wanted to further her education, so she moved home to Denver and attended The University of Denver, graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance. With her passion for dance still burning inside she auditioned and went on to be a Denver Broncos Cheerleaders for the next six years, including two years as a team captain. A few of Briget’s most treasured experiences include performing at the American Bowl in Australia, the New Year’s Day celebration in Hong Kong, the Armed Forces Entertainment in Guantanamo Bay and being selected to represent the Denver Broncos at the Pro Bowl in Honolulu, Hawaii. When Briget was introduced to the Pure Barre Technique, she knew that this was what she had always hoped for! Pure Barre was the perfect fix for her appetite of fitness and dancing! Briget feels so blessed to be part of such an amazing team of women and is thrilled at the opportunity to share the Pure Barre Technique and “experience” with other women!
