Lainie Belitz is a native of Los Angeles, CA who now calls Denver, CO home. Lainie has always loved fitness and movement, starting with cheerleading at the age of eight. She continued cheerleading through most of her childhood and teen years, transitioning to the corporate world at a young age.
Lainie brings with her more than a decade of operations experience, advancing upward through California’s largest personal lines insurance agency. During her time with this Fortune 500 company she served in a variety of capacities, including periods in customer service, sales, operations, and eventually ending tenure as an executive-level project manager. During her last two years Lainie oversaw a multi-million dollar, company-wide strategic initiative to create a paperless agency management system.
The further Lainie climbed the corporate ladder the more disconnected she found herself from her love of movement. In 2004, she entered a Pilates Teacher Training Program in Los Angeles and began teaching. Shortly after moving to Colorado Lainie took her first Pure Barre class and was hooked. She loved the workout, how it made her feel and the results she saw and continues to see. She finds herself telling everyone she meets about Pure Barre and how much she loves it.
Lainie is thrilled to take on the Director of Operations role and finally be able to bring her operations expertise and fitness experience together - to be able to work for a company she feels so passionate about. She is excited to be part of the Pure Barre team!
