Lindsey Girardot grew up in Castle Rock CO. She was extensively trained in ballet, jazz, hip-hop and lyrical at Starstruck Dance Academy in Denver. She moved to LA at the age of 17 to be a professional actress and dancer. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a creative writing degree in English which lead her into becoming a singer/songwriter and picking up a guitar. She had many successes in TV and film including the Dell computer campaign for several years and various feature films. She performed dancing at several events including the CMT awards with Trace Adkins. Lindsey is a certified Pilates trainer and has been a trainer for 6 years. Lindsey taught Pure Barre LA where her passion for fitness, music, choreography and people were solidified! 11 years later she decided to take a break from Hollywood and bring Pure Barre to roots in beautiful Colorado.
