Shipping Information

When will my order ship?
At non-peak times, orders placed prior to 2:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the following business day. During peak times (product launches, holidays), orders placed will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. This is subject to change based on our web volume.

When will I receive my shipping confirmation?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when any part of your order is shipped and picked up by the carrier.

Can I send my order to a P.O. Box address?
Yes. You can ship to your PO Box via UPS SurePost.

Will Pure Barre ship anywhere?
Yes. We offer shipping throughout the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), US territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and internationally.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are based on weight, dimension, and delivery location. For international shipments, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Duties and taxes are not calculated in the provided shipping charges.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Pure Barre cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages when the UPS/USPS tracking system shows the package has been delivered. In the event the package was lost with UPS, we will provide you with any additional information you need in order to file a claim.
