Laura
Laura Shannon grew up in the Minneapolis suburbs but her Pure Barre journey when she moved to Boston for college in 2014. It was love at first tuck: not only did she love the workout, the community became a home away from home. Starting as a PB ambassador, Laura quickly made the transition to the front desk. Not able to get enough of Pure Barre, Laura spent summer vacation and holidays working at Pure Barre Edina back home in Minnesota. After graduating Northeastern University in 2018, Laura moved to DC where she worked as a paralegal before heading back to the Twin Cities where she quickly fell back into old Pure Barre habits. In the past year and a half, she has worked full time at the St. Paul, North Loop, and St. Louis Park locations. Laura is moving to Hyde Park to attend law school at the University of Chicago. Trained in all formats and passionate about teaching, she is so excited to join the PBHP team and can’t wait to get on the mic.
