Katie took her first class in 2020 when looking for a sustainable workout after trying different types of fitness classes post grad where she played collegiate Volleyball. She was hooked after her first class where even with the low impact, high intensity nature of the workout she found the perfect combination of toning and strength training, while maintaining a high intensity cardio workout utilizing all three class formats.
She loves Pure Barre for not only the physical benefits but the mental benefits as well. A total mind body connection with a community of the strongest women. She looks forward to helping you get the most out of 50 minutes when you walk through those circle P doors!
