Kara
Kara is one of the original Pure Barre Davis teachers and her passion for teaching fitness shows on the mic. She has loved watching members grow over the months and years. Her favorite format is Empower, both teaching and taking it! She competed as a D1 gymnast for UC Davis and loves the musicality involved with teaching Pure Barre. She is a busy woman as a realtor at Lyon Real Estate in Sacramento but loves to take time to hike or go to the beach, try new coffee shops or restaurants (she knows the best Sacramento restaurants!), or hang out with friends.
