I signed up for an Empower class with Blair after a random online search for fitness studios near me in May 2021 (yes my first class was Empower). I have never felt more physically challenged in under an hour, and was hooked since!
𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝘽𝙂?
I joined as a member in May 2021, and started teaching at PBG last summer after having trained in Atlanta.

I love the community and motivation found at PBG! Teachers, barretenders, and members all truly support each other's goals and milestones.

No class is ever the same - keeping us on our toes (literally!). I also love how inclusive our classes and the PB movement can be (modifications, group and personal focus).

I have never taken group fitness classes or barre prior to PB - I jumped in blind and haven't looked back.
