Hi, I am Emily! I am from East Haven, CT. I fell in love with Pure Barre while on a work trip in NYC and luckily found Pure Barre Guilford at a pop up event at a brewery where I signed up immediately. I loved finding this community after being a college athlete for many years. I teach foundations, classic and empower! Empower is my favorite class to teach and take. When I’m not at the studio I am working as an operations coordinator at Yale School of Management. I also love going on hikes, runs, playing with Tank my frenchton and traveling the world.
