Lauren has been taking Pure Barre for over 6 years now and going on 5 years of teaching. She is Classic and Empowered certified and her energy is always contagious! She loves that Empower offers our Classic barre technique combined with cardio bursts. She also loves the community at our studios, so be sure to introduce yourself next time you see her!
When she's not at the studio, you can find her singing, cleaning teeth (she's a dental hygienist!) or spending time with her family!
