Nadine grew up in the dance studio, so being at the barre feels like her second home. Nadine's always loved teaching; she started teaching dance at the age of 14 and continued to until moving to Calgary in 2016, then she began teaching barre for a local studio. A severe ankle injury when she was younger and the rehabilitation hours associated with it, sparked a curiosity in anatomy which lead Nadine to becoming an Occupational Therapist. The thing she loves most about Pure Barre is it's sound knowledge in anatomy and injury prevention. Each class is carefully curated to ensure there are no muscle imbalances, instructors share the physical benefits of each and every exercise, and having gone through three pregnancies herself she finds the core-focused work targets the deepest layer of the abdominal wall in a way that no other program does.
