I am originally from Brooklyn, and I split my time between Holmdel NJ where I am raising my three teenagers, and Mount Kisco where I spend time with my fiancé and our two dogs.
My favorite things to do are Pure Barre, dog walks, writing while having a good coffee, and movies on the couch with my family.
I found Pure Barre in Feb 2021 when I needed to cut back on the high impact of running, and with it I found a community of women who are authentic, supportive and so very interesting! Pure Barre has become a permanent part of my life because of how it keeps me mentally grounded, physically strong and provides a space that is dedicated to my health and friendships.
