Sophia Y.
Sophia fell in love with Pure Barre in her college town of Gainesville, FL in the beginning of 2020. Since then, she’s been absolutely hooked! She became an instructor in NYC in January of 2023 after joining the community as an instructor at CycleBar. In her off time you can catch Sophia crocheting projects for her friends, working out around the city, and cuddling with her elderly dachshund rescue, Rose.
