Geri (aka GG)
Geri was born and raised in the South Bay with exercise being a part of her entire life. She started taking Pure Barre classes in 2013 when she was a cycle instructor. She felt challenged with the effective workouts at Pure Barre and decided to take the leap and join the Pure Barre team as a teacher. She considers it one of the best decisions of her life. She enjoys the ever-changing choreography and music playlists, as well as the diversity in class offerings that highlight low impact strength exercises, cardio and toning. Pure Barre classes help to keep Geri strong and able to participate as a proactive grandmother. She never regrets taking class and always feels better afterwards no matter what kind of day it is. Taking care of the body you have is very important to Geri and she believes it will flow over into your state of mind. She enjoys long walks with her dog, Dude, hanging out with her family and chilling out at home. Geri has been teaching for over 8 years and hopes to inspire clients to continually be challenged and find their own strength and community in the studio and in her classes.
