Heather

Heather grew up dancing & cheerleading. She cheered in high school and college. Heather attended the University of Oklahoma and received her degree in Occupational Therapy. She has practiced OT for 24 years and specializes in pediatrics. Heather and her husband, Ross have two children involved in many sports & activities and keep them running! She has been teaching Pure Barre classes for over 3 years & is excited to be teaching others how this workout is great for any age & stage of life!
