How did I discover Pure Barre? A girlfriend of mine had taken Pure Barre in Alabama and came home raving about it. Shortly after that Pure Barre Sarasota opened and I took a class there and fell in love with it.
I’ve been teaching for about nine years & have been teaching since both studios opened!
My favorite part of class interacting with everybody before class and making eye contact during the warm-up. If I’m taking class my favorite part is abs.
Fun fact about me: I’m Shannon’s mom. I’m a nurse. I was captain of the pom-pom squad in high school.
