Marisa started taking Pure Barre classes at the Cathedral Commons studio following finishing graduate school as a way to start becoming more active. After her first class she was hooked & began taking classes, almost daily, ever since then. The consistency, structure & low-impact technique kept bringing her back day after day. Pure Barre has not only been a great way to physically remain active, but also a great mental release as well. She looks forward to LTBing with you!
