Foundations is a great class for everyone because it’s the framework of the Pure Barre technique. It’s an opportunity to begin to understand what you’re doing, with others who are willing to grow together in that environment. As a teacher, each class is a new opportunity to be inspired by the clients, and for me to inspire them.
After I joined Pure Barre, I felt a real change in my physique. I felt stronger, my muscles were longer. I had more energy and I just knew that I’d found the perfect workout for me.
