I fell in love with Pure Barre immediately after my first class. The workout was something I haven't done before and I was instantly hooked. No matter where you’re starting, everyone is a beginner once, so be kind to yourself. Pure Barre is a technique and takes time to understand, but if you keep doing it, it will change your life.
Pure Barre has been a Lifesaver for me. After losing all of my body strength and muscle after surgery, I did 2-3 classes per day at home and then in the studio.
