Sasha A.

Sasha was born in Ohio where she did gymnastics for several years. After moving to Chicago in 2007, she took several types of workout/dance classes but fell in love with Barre after taking her first class in 2017. Sasha started teaching Classic in the summer of 2024 and has since been trained in Align, Define and Engage. She is currently studying to gain her license in massage therapy. Outside of work, she loves going to concerts, being crafty, taking care of her large plant collection and hanging with her husband, friends and kitties.
