Heidi H.

Heidi grew up in Nevada and was a competitive gymnast through high school. She took her first class at the streeterville studio in 2017 when she moved to Chicago and was immediately hooked. She enjoys the variety of formats and the unique challenges and energy each class brings. Heidi is a full time orthopedic physical therapist and brings knowledge of form, modifications, and anatomy to her classes. Expect to hear high-energy playlists, modifications to empower you to feel your strongest self, and the motivation to get you through your final 10.
