Lauren has been teaching Pure Barre since 2013 and brings years of experience and energy to every class. A Sagittarius at heart, she loves creating a fun, motivating environment while helping clients feel strong and confident at the barre. Her favorite format is Classic, and you’ll often find a Lady Gaga song somewhere on her playlist. Outside the studio, Lauren enjoys running and spending time with her daughter.
