Shideh

Shideh is a Pure Barre lover who planted roots in Cincinnati in 2022, but her Pure Barre story started way back in 2018 as a Sales Associate at the Columbus studio. By 2020, she was officially teaching and hasn’t looked back! Nearly a decade into her Pure Barre journey, Shideh is trained in all four core formats and loves bringing the perfect mix of motivation, challenge, and just one more to every class. Expect to work hard, have fun, and probably hear a few enthusiastic reminders to “hold it!” When she’s not at Pure Barre, you’ll find Shideh hanging with her friends, spending time with her Pure Barre-loving husband, Brandon, or chasing after their mini Goldendoodle, Bunker.
