After absolutely loving a pop-up Pure Barre class in college, Shayna began taking classes more regularly in 2019. She became a teacher in 2022 when she realized she was in the studio basically everyday anyways! Shayna loves Pure Barre because it is fun, rewarding, challenging, safe, and gives her a community of exercise-lovers anywhere she goes. She teaches all formats and especially loves Empower! When she is not in the studio teaching, you can find her reading, traveling, baking, and, of course, taking class!
