I have been on the mic with Pure Barre NWA for 5 years. I teach every format: Classic, Empower, Define, and Align. My favorite class to take and teach is Pure Empower. I love Pure Barre because of the diversity it has brought into my life. The community is filled with individuals of different ages, fitness levels and goals, but one thing is for sure, everyone in class is working to find a stronger, more confident version of themselves!
