Meet Heather! She took her first class in February 2023 and quickly fell in love—with the workouts, the energy, and the community. Along the way, she found incredible friends and mentors… and eventually, a calling she never expected. Standing front and center? That was never the plan. She proudly considered herself a “back-barre girly.” Teaching felt completely out of reach—until she realized something powerful: You were the reason. Encouraging you when your mind tells you to quit. Speaking truth when self-doubt creeps in. Pushing you just a little further, knowing growth lives in the uncomfortable. Helping you find joy and appreciation along the way—not reserving those feelings for the finish. Because when you learn to love the journey, reaching your goals becomes that much sweeter. She can’t wait to be part of yours!
