𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 – Lyndsay!✨ 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢? High Point, NC 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩? When I moved back to Greensboro after college, I knew I wanted to try something new. I knew a few acquaintances (now friends) that were members and I always thought it looked like a really fun place to workout. After thinking about it for about a month, I decided to message PBG and ask to take a class. I was hooked immediately and never looked back! 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝘽𝙂? 5 years 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚? The community and the support through every stage of life. It's unmatched! Christina and Jennifer have truly created an incredible community and I am honored to be a part of it. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨? Abs! By this point i'm usually feeling pretty strong but also pretty worn out- there's just something that lights a fire in me knowing i'm on the floor for the rest of class hahaha 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚? I LOVE Reform, but ever since I started teaching, I've rekindled my love for Classic 𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚? Probably Steve Aoki or Afrojack! 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙣 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙋𝘽𝙂 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪? In college I studied apparel design and learned how to sew- I have made several formal dresses to wear to weddings and special events. Occasionally I'll still make something to wear if I can't find exactly what I want!
