Keisha discovered Pure Barre while looking for a workout that felt empowering, and quickly fell in love with how it blends strength, mindfulness, and community! What started as a way to stay active soon became a space where she felt grounded, challenged, and inspired - and that feeling led her to start teaching. When she’s not teaching, Keisha is a certified nurse-midwife and women’s health advocate who loves traveling and trying new workout classes. She believes movement is a powerful form of self-care!
