Casey

Casey is originally from Athens, Georgia and has a Bachelor's in Sports Management. She moved to Huntsville in 2024. Her husband is a true Huntsville local, and together they are happily settled here with their silver labrador, Stella. Not long after moving, Casey’s friend Julia, a fellow Pure Barre Huntsville instructor, encouraged her to take a class. After that, Casey knew she wanted to explore everything Pure Barre had to offer. Casey has always loved movement and challenging her body in meaningful ways. With a dance background, she’s naturally drawn to workouts that build strength, control, and confidence. She loves that Pure Barre pushes her both mentally and physically while surrounding her with an uplifting and encouraging community. As she begins her journey as an instructor, Casey hopes to impact others by helping them feel strong, supported, and empowered both in and out of the studio.
