Sarah M.

Sarah M. has been teaching at Pure Barre Knoxville + Farragut since 2025. She currently teaches Pure Barre Classic, Pure Barre Define, and Pure Barre Engage regularly at our studio! Sarah started her Pure Barre journey as a client after moving from Michigan to Knoxville. Only a couple classes in she decided to become an instructor. Her love of teaching Pure Barre and welcoming new clients to our community grows every day because of the amazing opportunities, support and challenges PBK offers. In addition to teaching at Pure Barre, Sarah is a student at Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medical receiving a degree in Dental Hygiene. Outside of our Pure Barre studio, she loves to spend time with family, try new coffee shops, long walks with her pups, and working on all the home projects in her free time! She can’t wait to see you at the studio and be a part of your journey with PBK!
