Liz Goodnight

Liz started as a client at PBLKN in 2014. As a competitive cheerleader in high school and a collegiate cheerleader at Appalachian State, she loved the upbeat, low impact, group fitness workout. In 2015, she moved to the Uptown Charlotte area and began taking classes at the PB Meyers Park location where she later became a teacher in 2018. 2020 brought her an opportunity to change her career and do something she had always wanted to do, cosmetology. She recently moved to Huntersville, graduated cosmetology school, started working at a salon, got engaged, and will be getting married in April 2022!! She clearly likes excitement and big changes! Sounds a lot like a Pure Barre class, right!? PB changed her life in the most positive way and she loves to be able to help motivate other strong women needing some excitement and change too!
