Deidra

Deidra joined PBM during opening week in 2017, looking for a fun workout and to meet people. Originally from Berks County, she was new to the area and looking for a community - and she definitely found one! Deidra took the plunge to teach in early 2019 and is certified in Classic, Empower & Align. She cannot pick a favorite to teach OR take (they're all too good!) - but says nothing beats Classic when you just need a mind clearing sweat sesh. Outside of the studio, Deidra has three cats that are practically a full-time job and a kind boyfriend who understands her barre addiction. If she doesn't have a ball & tube in her hand, most likely she can be found lifting weights or running.
