Sarah K.

Sarah is from Machester, NH and has always been very active throughout her life, primarily with dance. She has a Bachelor's degree in both dance and psychology from Dean College, and continued dancing professionally after college as a New England Patriots Cheerleader for 2 seasons—her favorite games being the 2 Super Bowls (LII and LIll) that she had the amazing opportunity to cheer at! Outside of Pure Barre, she has worked as a dance teacher at local studios in NH. Sarah has been teaching at Pure Barre since September 2019, and currently teaches all class formats at both our Bedford and Nashua studios. She loves motivating a room full of positive, hard-working people, and sharing her knowledge and love for the workout with everyone who walks through the doors!
