Arailym A.
In every class, I bring more than movement—I bring energy, empathy, and intention. My mission is to help each person at the barre feel seen, supported, and strong—in body and spirit.
I believe the smallest movements create the biggest shifts, and the greatest strength is in showing up. Whether you need modifications for vertigo, a boost of confidence, or just a deep breath—I’ve got you.
I speak seven languages—Russian, Kazakh, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Uyghur, and Turkmen—because I believe in connection beyond words. And when I’m not teaching, I’m learning alongside my son—chess, piano, swimming, all the things I once only dreamed of.
I carry love and deep respect for the autism community, thanks to someone very close to my heart. Autism isn’t something to fix—it’s something to cherish. The world doesn’t need to change autistic minds; perhaps we are the ones who need to change—how we listen, how we see, how we hold space for one another.
Come as you are. Move how you need. Let’s lift, tone, burn—and grow something beautiful together. 💫
