Meet Meredith! Meredith started taking classes in the NBPT studio as soon as it opened back in 2019. In 2024, she decided to embark on the journey to become a Pure Barre teacher . When she isn’t teaching Pure Barre she works as a Medical Speech-language Pathologist in Boston, who has a passion for working with Head and Neck Cancer patients and other medically complex patients with swallowing and voice disorders. In her free time, you will find her riding her horse, playing tennis, skiing, taking a Classic class or going to the beach with her family! When asked what her favorite thing about teaching Pure Barre is, she said “I love helping people feel their best and challenge themselves to improve their strength and flexibility.” Catch Meredith on the mic teaching at our Newburyport studio!
