Cara (She/Her)

Cara was born in Long Island, NY and found her love of sport at a young age through gymnastics. She began her Pure Barre journey in 2021 and instantly fell in love with the movements, music, and people - little did she know, she’d soon have the opportunity to become an instructor! After work, you can catch Cara walking her sweet one-eyed dog, going on bike rides, thrifting for treasures, or researching her next travel destination.
