Shirley Lentz

Shirley grew up in the North Dallas area where she was a competitive figure skater. After moving to Houston, TX in 2016 for work she started taking Pure Barre classes and quickly fell in love with the workout as it reminded her of her off ice conditioning. She has been LTBing ever since, becoming a teacher in 2020 before getting certified in other formats. Outside of the studio she works in the travel industry and loves cuddling up on the couch with her pup Moose and a good book. Shirley is certified in Classic and Define.
