Sophie Segger

Sophie was born and raised in Munich, Germany. Since part of her family lived in Orange County, her family flew out once a year during the summer. Even though Sophie didn’t grow up near the beach, she loves it and decided to move to Orange County. She is currently a graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Social Work, specializing in Children and Youth. Sophie is a Pilates instructor and has discovered her love for Barre, as it combines the strength, mobility, and low-impact aspects of Pilates while incorporating music, the Barre, and faster-paced movements.
