Alyssa

Hey y’all! My name is Alyssa and I am a native Texan! I grew up in Plano, moved to San Antonio after college, and have called San Antonio home for the last ten years. I have an undergrad in Health Information Management and a Masters of Bussiness Administration both from Texas State - Eat ‘Em Up Cats! I started teaching at Pure Barre in 2023. After taking my first class in 2020, I fell in LOVE with how it made me feel and decided to take my love for Pure Barre and my coaching background (where my Volleyball girls at?!) and pair them to become a Pure Barre teacher! Being a prior athlete, my favorite format to take and teach is Define! Seeing and performing functional strength movements that you can apply to your everyday life is so rewarding! When I'm not at the studio, you'll likely catch me at a concert, traveling to a new city, at the local winery, or walking or kayaking with my golden retriever, Dirk!
