I started Pure Barre in 2024 after trying many different fitness studios trying to find a workout that felt like the perfect fit! I immediately fell in love with the burn and shake of barre. I was a competitive dancer for 16 years and barre was a very common technique that we trained when working out! I wanted a workout that felt natural to my body but still incredibly challenging and that’s exactly what Pure Barre was!! It helps me keep a calm state of mind with the focus on mind body connection.
