Kat

Kat (Heagberg) Rebar has been teaching at Pure Barre Santa Monica and Pure Barre Brentwood since January 2023. She currently teaches Pure Barre Classic, Pure Barre Align, and Pure Barre Define regularly at our studios. Kat loves to teach Pure Barre and welcomes new clients to our community because it’s a fun, challenging, and effective workout that’s musically driven and never boring! In addition to teaching at Pure Barre, Kat teaches yoga and reformer Pilates. She’s also the author of the book “Yoga Inversions: Your Guide to Going Upside Down” and co-author of “Yoga Where You Are”. Outside of our Pure Barre studio, Kat enjoys dancing, running, and making silly performance art with her friends.
