Classic, Empower, Align, Define, Reform My name is Allison Silver and I am the Lead Teacher at PBSRQ. I have been at the studio since in opened in 2011 and have even co-owned a studio in my birthplace of Toronto, Canada. I teach all formats but even after 15 years of PB, Classic is STILL my fave class to instruct and to take. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks, but she just doesn't have to love them all as much as her first.
