Lizzie comes from Harford County, Maryland and has been in the DC area for the last ten years. Having a dance background, Lizzie has always incorporated movement and exercise into her life. She uses class as a time to reset her mind and celebrate what her body can achieve. She is excited to be part of your Pure Barre journey!
