Abbie M.

Abbie M has been teaching at Pure Barre Stamford since June of 2025. She currently teaches Pure Barre Classic and Pure Barre Engage regularly at our studio! She loves to teach Pure Barre because she grew up doing gymnastics and the studio gives her a taste of the team environment. Abbie believes fitness should be fun, no matter your background, so she does her best to brighten the community while we lift, tone, and burn! In addition to teaching at Pure Barre Stamford, Abbie is a proud husky as a graduate of UConn Class of 2018. Outside of our Pure Barre studio, Abbie works in student affairs at a university helping students to develop into our future leaders. Abbie loves to read, soak up the sun at the beach, and snuggle her cat Peanut in her free time!
