Izzy M.

Izzy M. has been teaching Pure Barre since December 2024. She currently teaches Pure Barre Classic, Pure Barre Empower and Pure Barre Engage at our studio. She loves teaching at Pure Barre because she loves seeing and helping people be enthusiastic about fitness! In addition to teaching at Pure Barre Stamford, Izzy is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Outside of our Pure Barre studio, Izzy loves to exercise (any type! from taking Pure Barre classes to spinning, lifting and running), take her dogs for walks and baking!
