Makayla
Makayla is a Midwest native, she grew up in Michigan, went to college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and completed her PT degree at Creighton University in Nebraska. Her day job is as a neurologic physical therapist. It was during her PT degree that she found Pure Barre and got addicted as she got stronger while having fun! Although she started during COVID, Pure Barre created a sense of community for her, and Pure Barre has helped her meet so many people these past 3 years throughout the country! Makayla's favorite class format to take is Define and Empower. When she's not at the studio or the hospital, catch her sampling new happy hours, breweries, and restaurants throughout the Valley.
