Anna

I’ve been teaching Pure Barre for 12 years! I initially wanted to teach Pure Barre because I loved the technique, but that has since evolved. I’ve found that I love teaching Pure Barre, because I love the clients, and I love sharing my passion. When I started taking Pure Barre, I did a lot of running and weight training (which is great), but I wanted something that was going to incorporate more stretching but was also upbeat. It was the results, the music, and the instructors that kept me coming back. When I’m not at Pure Barre, I’m either studying or spending time with my animals. NEW CLIENT INSPO: “Ask questions! As a teacher, it’s my job to make sure you get the most out of every single class, and that means understanding the technique. It’s also important to modify when need be. Modifications aren’t a sign of weakness, they are designed to meet you where you’re at, so you can gain strength quickly and safely.”
