Hi! Im Jackie and am a Miami Native who has now lived here for the past 2 years! I lived in NYC before the big move back home for 6 years and that is where I found my love for Pure Barre. I taught Pure Barre in the West Village and when I walked into those doors, it felt like a second home to me. Pure Barre brings community and that is what makes it so special. I grew up dancing and performing and fell in love with barre. It was something that I wanted to do and didn’t feel like I had to do it. Pure Barre became something I looked forward to in my day (teaching and taking!) So when I heard PB was coming to Aventura, I lit up! Finally, I get to have community and my favorite workout in my hometown. I really make an effort to get to know our members because that for me is what makes PB so great. When I’m not teaching or living at the barre, you can find me taking lots of walks with my pup, Dash, going out to dinner, and traveling! I love the mountains and nature so you can find me there:) Something that I love to live by is don’t let the little moments pass by.
