I started my Pure Barre journey in January of (oh gosh) 2015? I had never done any workout like it and committed to trying the intro month. Well to say I became OBSESSED is an understatement. I have gone from client to Barre-tender (2017) to instructor (2018) to owner (January 2019).
I teach Classic, Empower, Align, Reform, Fusions and whatever else Pure Barre magic is in the future. My favorite class to teach is Empower, and to take, it varies but I always come back to Classic as my first true love. Anything for seat work is my absolute favorite- and abs absolutely murder me... in the best way!
